Selenite wands are one of the many crystals purported to help cleanse energy and help align the body with your higher self.
However, if you are a little bit of a skeptic like me, you may be wondering - how do you know if they actually work? How can you truly know if a selenite wand or any other type of energy crystal can cleanse your energy and increase your vibrational frequency?
A Selenite Wand Will Work if You Think It Will Work
The answer is that whether selenite wands and crystals work or not depends on if you believe they will work.
Something I've noticed is that some people need/like to have more of a physical connection with energy work and getting rid of limiting beliefs, and others don't.
My best friend, for instance, is has more of a physical connection to energy work. She finds a lot of use out of items like crystals, creating spells, and doing other physical rituals. They give her a greater sense of connectedness to her emotional energy work.
I, on the other hand, am much more mentally-based in my energy work. I don't really believe that holding a crystal or doing a spell will help me as much as just sitting with something and processing it emotionally will, so the crystal, spell, or physical ritual seems like an unnecessary step for me. I feel a little silly using crystals, so I do not not use them.
But the truth is, neither one of us is "right" or "wrong" for using or not using crystals. Both of our viewpoints are valid - because at the end of the day, you have to do what works for you.
My Take on Using A Selenite Wand
I believe that crystals and selenite wands do have a frequency - every object does. But what that frequency represents to you is individual and differs from person to person.
Take music, for instance. Let's use country music as an example.
For some people, country music represents home, happiness, family, and all sorts of positive emotions. They attune to a higher frequency when the listen to it. Other people hate country music and find it to be very annoying. They attune to a lower frequency when they listen to it.
It doesn't mean that country music is a "good" or "bad" frequency - the music, like everything else in the world, is inherently neutral. The music instead is just a representation of energy that is personal based on your experience, likes and dislikes.
Selenite Wand & Crystals: The Verdict
So in my opinion, it doesn't really matter if crystals "work" or not for everyone - the right question is, do they work for you? If so - use them! That's great! If not - totally fine. Find something else that works.
And if whether or not they work changes for you, give yourself permission to roll with it. Maybe using a selenite wand works well for a month for you and then never again. That's totally okay! Just trust your intuition and you will be fine.
