How to Manifest Using the "So What" Technique


Do you find yourself struggling with a piece of resistance that you just cannot seem to overcome, no matter how hard you try?


Maybe, for instance, you always seem to feel tired no matter how much you sleep, or are trying to lose weight but can't get shed those last couple of pounds. Common Law of Attraction tricks such as scripting, affirmations, or vision boards aren't working this time.


If this is the case, then the "so what" technique may be helpful for you.


To use this technique effectively, think about the piece of resistance that comes up for you.


Instead of imagining yourself succeeding at what you want, imagine instead that you NEVER overcome this struggle. You will always feel tired, be a little overweight, etc.


And then say to yourself, "so what?" and ask yourself, "what do I want to achieve, even if this thing never goes away?"




Acceptance as a Path to Raise Your Vibration


Sometimes limiting beliefs won't go away because you secretly fear them to be true. You are afraid that the constant tiredness, the excess weight, or whatever you fear will never go away and that you will be always stuck in a state of discontentment.


Ironically, the fear that something unwanted will never go away can keep you stuck in continually manifesting it!


By accepting that what you don't want, and facing your fear as truth, you are in the moment embracing the fear.


And when you embrace the fear, accept it, and decide that you will be okay, even if this thing you really want to happen never happens, you let go of the fear. It no longer has a hold over you, and so it starts to go away.


If you have done this technique effectively, you will feel a shift of your energy as it rises up, and you will feel more at peace with yourself.


After you have shifted this deep fear, then try circling back to techniques like scripting and affirmations, and you'll find that they work better because you are not longer butting up against your fear of your limiting belief.

Hi, Zoe. I did this exercise last night and couldn't fall asleep till 4 AM. Yet not sure that I've done it properly, I found something interesting.

After so many "so what, so what", I came to a deep rooted fear about my physical survival.

Even if my loved ones died, my career ruined, I stayed broke and etc, I would be still able to breathe, eat, walk, sleep and function physically. (the fear "I would die if certain things happened " was coming from my body, not my mind)

After talking to myself I managed to fall asleep and woke up with more stabilized faith in myself.

Now I feel that when my anxiety rises, I will be able…

Hello Alfi,


It sounds like you've cleared some deep inner fears around survival. Those are huge fears to work through - a lot of people really struggle with facing those basic fears - so I want to applaud you for doing the work on yourself!


Also, no need to worry about if you've done the exercise "properly". It sounds like you've done this exercise just fine - while some fears can be cleared in one session, a lot of times very deep fears take a couple of rounds of sitting with and clearing to fully get it out of your system. Trust that you've cleared out what you have access to right now, and that you will be able to…
